WSBC is blessed to be served by three faithful Deacons: John McPhatter, John Hurst, and Marlin Halsey.
John McPhatter
John is a lifelong resident of the Tidewater area, currently living in Suffolk. He served in Law Enforcement with the Norfolk Police Department, and, after retiring, served in the Sheriff’s office until retiring from that office. He and his wife, LeAnn, live in Suffolk.
John Hurst
John lives in Carrsville, Virginia, and travels throughout the region in his position with Trane, Inc. He and his wife, Teresa, have three children.
Marlin Halsey
Marlin and his wife, Sadie, live in Suffolk. He is President of Halsey Mechanical, Inc.
